A late registration fee will be accessed for registration after July 17th. Fall soccer begins the third week of August!

Registration: What you need
  • Player name, address, phone number, gender, and birth date.
  • Your child's school and grade.
  • A primary email address we can use for communication.
  • Emergency contact info, doctor name and phone, and insurance carrier.
  • Parent/guardian names and phone numbers.
  • Please select a volunteer task when registering. The AYSO is a volunteer run organization. We can find a small role for you!
Questions and Answers
Q: What if I do not have Internet access to register online?
A: If you do not have access to a computer at either home or work, please go to your neighborhood school or a public library. If you are unable to do either of those, you can come to our walk-in registration on January 23rd at Lil' Starz Preschool (212 S. Queen Street) from 9:00 am-11:00 am.
Q: What are the costs?
A: The fee for the Spring 2010 season is $55 for the first child and $45 for the 2nd child and $10 per child after that. The cost for late registrations received after July 30th is $75.
Q: My child just had a birthday, why isn't he moving up?
A: AYSO uses the player's birthdate as of the last July 31st. Normally players would move up to the next division in the Fall
Q: My child isn't being challanged at his current division, Can he be moved into a higher division?
A: We do not recommend that players move up but they can be with special permission granted by the Coach administrator or Regional Commissioner. Please send a email request to cbrowning@comcast.net. We strongly discourage U10+ players from playing up in a higher division.
Q: My child struggles at his current division can he be moved down?
A: Unfortunately, No. We are required by AYSO Policy and Liabilty insurance to make sure the older kids are not in a younger division.
Q: My child can not practice on certain nights, can I request a night?
A: We unfortunately do not allow players to request a particular night. We recommend that you volunteer as coach and choose your own practice night that is more conducive to your own schedule.
Q: Can I pay electronically?
A: Yes, we offer an online payment option when you register online. Instructions for online payment are included in the registration process.
Q: When do we sign the medical release and photo release?
A: They both are included on the registration form and are one of the reasons we ask you to print, sign, and mail us the registration form when you complete the registration process.
Q: Why do I need to print my child's registration form and mail it to you?
A: AYSO requires us to have a signed registration form for each player in our region.
Q: Can I request a particular coach?
A: No, you cannot request a particular coach.  However, each coach can request one assistant coach and therefore the children of the coach and assistant will naturally be together on the same team.
Q: Can I request to play with a friend?
A: We do not allow this. We try very hard to offer balanced and fair teams and this makes that purpose more difficult.
Q: Can I request that two siblings in the same age group play together?
A: Yes, they can be assigned to the same team by specifying the name of the player's sibling during online registration. 
Q: When is the latest I can submit my registration?
A: Online registration will remain available until July 30th. Registrations submitted after our July 30th cutoff must pay the higher late registration fee and may be placed on a waiting list depending on team need.
Q: I can't remember my password.
A: If you do not remember your password., click on blue "click here" to have the system email your password. Make sure to use the email address we have on file. If you still are having problems email me at cbrowning@comcast.net and I will correct your email address and reset your password.
Q: How do I withdraw if I won't be able to play?
A: We appreciate you letting us know if you find you will not be able to participate. Send an email to jabeskid@embarqmail.com or a written request to:

Include the player's name and birthdate. If you would like a refund, include that as well. A request to refund a player's registration fee must be made in writing and received by March 15th for all divisions (except for U6 where requests must be received before the first U6 session). Refunds are issued within 30 days. If a player has paid but is waitlisted and never assigned to a team, a full refund will be paid. If a player has been issued a uniform, the refund is dependent on the uniform being returned to the coach by March 31st so it can be used by another player. Due to insurance requirements, no refunds are allowed once a player has attended any practices or games.
